Crazy Eight
List of ideas

Which idea should I choose?
We focus on the size problem, as it is a recurring issue in e-commerce. It tends to have a significant impact on business due to complaints and returns. We are looking for a way to encourage the exchange and donation of items while minimizing incidents.
Prioritizing Opportunities
There is an opportunity to create experiences and foster a social ecosystem of fashion enthusiasts that makes this habit more sustainable and efficient.
Prioritizing Ideas
We will design a product sheet (for clothing) focused on clarity and ease of understanding the characteristics, condition, and quality of the product.
Main Features
Registration: Users must sign up on the platform securely through social login (Google, etc.).
User Profile: Management of personal information and preferences, with a particular emphasis on privacy (for example, I can only receive messages from validated profiles or my contacts).
Product Catalog: Navigation and search for clothing and toys.
Item Posting: Upload photos and descriptions of items for sale/donation. The camera should be integrated into the app and provide good practices, similar to scanning an ID document.
Messaging System: Direct communication between buyers and sellers. Through the app, following the trend among young people of using Instagram, a similar model that they do not have to learn.
Rating System: Feedback and ratings for users and products.
Payment Methods: Integration with secure payment gateways, including payment through intermediaries, pickup points, and direct payments.
Geolocation: Find products near the user. With data on the impact of shipments, it is a priority and a serious metric to reduce the platform's operational radius. Seek, like zero-kilometer products, to foster local relationships.
Workflows:
Sell/Donate:
User registers/logs in.
Navigates to their profile and selects "Post Item."
Uploads photos and a description of the item.
Sets a price or selects "Donate."
Publishes the item.
Buy/Receive:
User registers/logs in.
Navigates the catalog and searches for items.
Selects an item and reviews the details.
Contacts the seller/donor.
Completes the transaction (purchase or donation agreement).
Social/Learning:
The user logs in.
Navigates through different products.
Receives recommendations.
Saves to favorites/moodboards for creating outfits or compatible product sets (toys).
Shares and spreads their recommendations and interests. Creates connections (for example, by recommending an item to a contact who they know will appreciate it).
Success Metric
We assume that the company will have a North Star Metric, which we understand could be the number of transactions (payments) over a period of time.
For us, success could be measured as a percentage of interactions completed successfully out of the total.
