About
In the year 2020, Inés Huertas approached me with an intriguing proposition - to become a part of a team comprising exceptional individuals who were not only exceptionally talented but also wonderful human beings. Faced with such an enticing offer, I simply couldn't resist and embarked on a journey towards my dream job.
This role afforded me the opportunity to collaborate on the development of digital products that harbored immense technological ambitions, spanning AI, data analytics, and cutting-edge R&D. Working alongside a cohort of top-tier professionals. Together, we formed a cohesive and formidable team, driven by a shared mission to leverage technology and mobile devices to extend healthcare solutions to underserved regions.
Challenge
Crafting a eHealth product and establishing crucial connections proved to be a formidable challenge. We encountered intricate legal issues, such as the requirement for each platform to have in-country doctors. Additionally, there were technical complexities to surmount - creating a technologically advanced solution that could operate effectively in settings marked by older devices and sluggish internet connections.
Undeterred, we pressed forward and successfully developed and introduced an MVP across diverse international markets and corporate partnerships. Our achievement? An efficient video consultation system, precisely when it was most urgently needed, amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.
My work
Transferring the business requirements to functional proposals that could be implemented at a technological level, for which I worked transversally with the product owner and the data, front and mobile leads.

I also created the project's design system so that it is scalable and solid but also adaptable, in the future, to different clients: governments, insurance companies, etc.
It was also essential to document processes and research results.
Project
Mobile applications: iOS and Android.
Desktop versions: client, patient, professional, etc.
Control panel.
Work material: corporate office documentation, presentations...
Results
Unfortunately the project ran out of funding but we had a roadmap for 2 years, the websites and apps in production and some clients such as the government of Ecuador and international companies.
We also develop technological projects as an engine to train doctors in diagnosis based on medical technical literature.
