Helping products reach their destination and providing the necessary information in a clear and accessible way are key elements in helping entrepreneurs keep their businesses healthy and people able to access what they need, at a competitive price and on time.

Having the opportunity to investigate small e-commerce merchants over time: understanding their daily life, their needs and concerns helped me provide them with better tools and also to better understand what improves the chances of success of an e-commerce.
