The basic functionalities this product would have:

• Create an Account:

  • Create an account with a username and password or use common platforms like Google, Apple, etc.

• Onboarding:

  • A video in the first iteration, where a familiar face explains how the experience works, its advantages, and details to keep in mind (for example, sizes).

• Sell:

  • Post the item with images and videos, provide all the required information, and set a sale price.

• Donate:

  • The same process as selling but with a toggle that allows "donation."

• Buy:

  • Contact the seller if there are any questions and complete the purchase. Choose a payment method: direct or upon collection.

• Order Status Review:

  • Before collecting or receiving the item, the app shows the status of the process. With a clear timeline, it shows the current status and the available actions (delay, cancel, etc.).

Once the functionalities to be implemented are validated, they would be refined with the development team, and User Stories would be created by the PM and PD. For example:

"As a user, I want to be able to upload a product to the app with all the necessary information and images so that any buyer can view it and pay securely."
