The learning processes are designed, the career plans are designed and of course the training (digital, face-to-face or hybrid) are designed. It’s a field I’ve worked in for years. I am passionate about it and believe that it is critical for achieving business objectives and for people’s employability and growth.

My challenge in the coming years is to apply the knowledge of Product Design and Research to training and professional learning.
