For a sector to be successful, it needs culture and an ecosystem. It is something that has been achieved in Gastronomy, in Sports… and to which my colleagues and I have dedicated effort and time over the years. Through events, meetings, professional links, promotion of opportunities.

The level of a sector is defined by the weakest links and it is everyone’s job to promote diversity, entry into the job market and professional growth.
