Scope

We will deliver a first viable proposal after 5 hours, which can be tested with real users. With a research plan that helps us understand the full scope and opportunities of the project.

Resource Allocation

Time

• First phase - Understanding and studying the problem (approximately 1 hour)

• Second phase - Research and Research Plan (approximately 1 hour)

• Break - 10'

• Third phase - Proposal (approximately 2 hours)

• Break + 10'

• Fourth phase - Refinement

• Proposal and presentation (approximately 1 hour)

Working Method

My way of working adapts to each situation: time, budget, objectives, and scope… it is not linear, but it contains these overlapping and interwoven phases:

Situation Analysis > Problem Definition > Strategy > Proposal > Testing > Implementation > Launch > Measurement and Analysis > Continuous Improvement (Iteration, CRO, Reframing, metrics…)

In this case, we will follow the proposed process:

• Understand the problem

• Prepare a research plan

• Flows

• Proposal

We leave out deep analysis processes, testing, etc., due to lack of time and resources, which would normally be included in a project with a client.
