Growth is not merely about expansion; it's about maintaining the same level of excellence, whether you have 30 engineers or can still fit the entire team into a single room. That's precisely why, when Nitsnets in Alicante reached out to collaborate with Marcos González on streamlining our work processes, I eagerly accepted the opportunity.
This experience proved invaluable as we meticulously crafted and fine-tuned our work approach, spanning from customer requirement capture to implementation and ongoing maintenance.
Within our team, we embarked on a multitude of tasks, chief among them being the creation of comprehensive documentation. This documentation encompassed everything from onboarding procedures to facilitate team scaling, to streamlined workflow processes aimed at eliminating bottlenecks, enhancing delivery timelines, and ensuring the highest quality outcomes.

I offered insights into design strategy and its seamless integration into large-scale production, all the while fostering an internal design culture that empowered our front-end specialists to make informed decisions and break down silos within the team.
Project
Our approach relied heavily on extensive deliberation, rigorous testing, and the systematic documentation of our findings. Above all, it hinged on clear and consistent communication regarding the best practices to implement, as well as a fervent advocacy for the integration of design and technology within a service-oriented company.
The culmination of our efforts resulted in the development of a dynamic Sketch-based design system, adaptable to the unique requirements of each project. Results
Create a design system, agnostic to a specific visual aspect, that could be customized for each client, that took into account how the software is built, that helped limit bottlenecks and that helped a more flexible, efficient process. and professional throughout the company. Something critical for business objectives.
We completed the project with the first version of the design system. We train the different teams and create a culture of design and optimization in the company.
Some challenges arose, such as dedicating more resources to the project and also dealing with talent rotation and some reluctance to adopt a new work methodology.
